The East Coast Triathlon will be hosted in Innsbrook on Saturday May 2nd! This event is hosted by the Live Red Foundation. The event will begin at 7AM and last until 5PM. This is a fun event for the entire family to watch!

Benefiting: The Live Red Foundation is a 501c3 corporation that was founded to offer free fitness programs, which teach 8 core life skills, to youth in low-opportunity communities. These programs are funded through premier youth races which promote fitness in all communities.
Event Details:
- 8 races in one day for kids, junior elites, and adults of all levels
- Includes the Youth Mideast Regional Champs, Age Group Draft Legal World Qualifier, & Junior Elite Cups
- No qualification necessary & there is a race for all levels
- Safe, loop course closed to vehicular traffic with hay-bales on every corner
- Previous years included athletes from 42 US states including many local athletes
