The free bagged-leaf service will shift to Zone E from Jan. 19-25.All zones in Henrico’s residential leaf collection program will receive a second free pickup by Feb. 8. Orders for the $30 vacuum service can be placed with Really Clean Streets. The vacuum service is available through March 27.
