Homeowners fees are determined during the Annual Homeowners Meeting by vote or proxy. The annual dues for 2025 are $160 and are due by May 1st. Dues can be paid in a variety of convenient ways. Please see the options HERE or go to www.townsq.io(or download the FREE mobile app by searching for “TownSq) for further instructions. If you have any questions, please contact Associa at 804-727-3604.
Prior to leasing or renting any lot, the Owner must first apply to the Association. The Owner can use the “Contact Us” form below to submit an application. Please indicate the property address and requested rental dates in the “COMMENT” section. The Association’s Board will review the application to ensure that the proposed lease/rental complies with the provisions of the Declaration. A prospective landlord may submit a rental application within 90 days of the proposed lease commencement date.
